Hi Learners! If you love to decorate cake and want to level up you techniques, this workshop is perfect for you. In this class you will learn the method and techniques in creating translucent buttercream flowers directly from Lucia (Accredited teacher by Korean Flower Cake Association. The buttercream used during the class is highly-resistant to the warm temperature in Indonesia. This class will be taught in English, don't worry it will be translated to Indonesian. This is a hands-on class, which means you will decorate your own cake and take it home a real cake. You may use your own buttercream recipe and get the chance to learn piping as well as assembly techniques from Lucia.
